Helping our participants to secure and maintain paid employment opportunities is a primary focus for CVTC. We take pride in the hard work and creativity that has gone into developing an array of, minimum wage or higher paying, integrated employment opportunities for the people we serve. There are two methods for supporting employment arrangements for our participants, direct-hire and contracted employment. We provide on-site job coaching, supervision, and support to our participants during their assigned shifts, and our business partners get the benefit of having a hard-working employee who is thankful for the opportunity.
