SUPPORT
LIVING PROFESSIONALS I
(part-time up to 32 hours per week)
Come work with our group of dedicated Supported Living Professionals
I
who facilitate services for and train individuals with developmental
disabilities in obtaining greater self-sufficiency in their own
communities. The Another Way program provides services in San
Joaquin, Calaveras, and Stanislaus Counties. Work hours vary as some
may include over-night shifts while other require mostly day and
evening work hours with some weekend work. Some positions offer
flexibility in scheduling which may be ideal for college students
and others with special commitments.

Benefits
Central Valley Training Center recognizes that its employees are one of
its biggest assets. As a result, CVTC is committed to offering its
eligible employees a competitive and flexible benefits package. The
Package include medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as profit
sharing in a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
Our full-time positions offer paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
Part-time positions working over 32 hours also have the option of
selecting from the company’s benefit package. Benefits take effect on
the first day of the month following 30 consecutive days of employment.

BEHAVIOR SUPPORT AIDES
(part-time up to 32 hours per week)
Central Valley Training Center’s CARES Program is currently looking
for candidates to work with children who have behavioral barriers to
success and/or autism. Positions require mostly day and evening work
hours with some weekend commitments in the Stockton, Tracy and
outlying foothill areas. Some positions offer flexibility in
scheduling which may be ideal for college students and others with
special commitments.

INSTRUCTOR ON CALL SUBSTITUTE
(part-time
up to 32 hours per week)
These entry-level positions offer a rewarding opportunity to grow
and develop one’s skills in the workforce. There is no experience
needed working directly in the social services industry although
experience is preferred. Instructors at the Adult Behavior
Management Day Programs typically work either on-site or in
community locations between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
On-call/Substitute Instructors typically work when needed during the
same hours and in the same locations. |

All of CVTC’s
program locations (Stockton, Fresno, Visalia,
Manteca, Merced, Modesto, Sonora, and Tracy) are
looking for strong candidates to provide
instruction to individuals with developmental
disabilities teaching them to lead successful
lives in their communities. Entry- level,
starting wages typically range between $10.35
and $10.65 per hour depending upon the position.
Experience working with this population is
preferred but not required. Driving is required
for all positions.
All successful
candidates must clear a Department of Justice
(DOJ) background check, provide a Department of
Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record printout
which meets company standards, possess and
provide proof of a valid California Driver’s
License, and provide proof of auto insurance
prior to hire, as well as a High School Diploma
or equivalent.
