Central Valley Training Center employees over 200 employees throughout the central valley. Our mission for the past twenty five years has always been to provide quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our employees are the force that help us to achieve this goal. Current Openings:

COMMUNITY SUPPORT ASSISTANTS
(part time up to 29 hrs. per week)
Come work with our group of Community Support Assistants who facilitate and train developmentally disabled individuals in our community! Another Way program has openings for part time positions. Some positions are for overnights, others require mostly day and evening time with some time on weekends. Openings are in the Stockton, Manteca, Modesto, Livingston and Tracy areas.

Benefits

Central Valley Training Center recognizes that its employees are one of its biggest assets. As a result, CVTC is committed to offering its eligible employees a competitive and flexible benefits package. The package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as profit sharing and 401(k) savings plans. Our full time positions offer paid vacation and sick time. Part time positions working over 30 hours a week also have the option of selecting from the companies benefit package. Benefits are in effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
 
RESPITE AIDES
(part time up to 29 hrs. per week)
Central Valley Training Center's, CARES program is currently looking for candidates to work with children who have autism. Positions require mostly day and evening time with some time on weekends in the Stockton, Tracy and foothill areas.
INSTRUCTORS
(part time and full time)
These entry level positions offer a rewarding opportunity to grow and develop ones skills in the work force. There is no experience needed working directly in the social services industry however it is preferred. Positions typically work when needed at the day program between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All of CVTC’s program locations (Stockton, Fresno, Visalia, Manteca, Merced, Modesto, Sonora and Tracy) are looking for strong candidates to train individuals with developmental disabilities to lead successful lives in our communities. All positions start at $10.35. Driving required. Experience working with people who have developmental disabilities preferred but not required. DOJ background check, DMV printout, CDL & proof of auto insurance required upon hire.
