Alicia received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from California State University, Fresno in 2008 and a Master of Science in Counseling from University of Phoenix in 2012. In 2007 and 2008 Alicia worked with abused and neglected foster children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and in 2011 and 2012 worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor. In addition, Alicia spent four years working for a Family Home Agency (FHA) serving the Developmentally Disabled population as a Program Services Coordinator and Program Director. Under Alicia’s leadership of the FHA, the organization was able to achieve growth, stability and an expansion of services. Alicia joined CVTC as the Program Director of the Fresno West day program in October 2013. In August 2014, Alicia was promoted to Regional Director of Operations.
In Alicia’s spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
