In August 2019, Jennifer joined Central Valley Training, Inc. (CVTC) as the Regional Director of Operations for the Central area. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Childhood Development from California State University in 1993 and in 1995 she attended graduate school at the University of the Pacific pursuing her degree in Applied Behavior Analysis/Organizational Psychology. Jennifer’s professional experience has been dedicated to serving children, youth and families in the fields of Social Services and Education. Jennifer joins CVTC with 25 years of demonstrated experience in program and staff development, organizational leadership, strengths based coaching, and strategic planning. Personally, and professionally, Jennifer has been shaped by the veteran leaders of the social justice movement and she thrives on being a part of a legacy working collectivily for the empowerment and inclusion of underserved commuities. Jennifer is a passionate visionary, a seasoned advocate, a subdued comedian and most importantly, excited to be part of the CVTC team, dedicated to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities meet their greatest potential.
