Stockton
Central Valley Training Center, Inc. Day Program and Community-Based Services
Referral and Intake Process
-
The
referring agency will make a preliminary referral based
on Central Valley Training Center’s program services and
the individual’s needs.
-
Required information/paperwork will be requested by CVTC
from the referring agency.
-
The
individual and parent/authorized representative(s) may
take a tour of the program and request further
information about CVTC.
-
The
individual may choose to participate in a “guest” day to
help determine if the program will meet her/his needs.
-
Upon
the individual’s selection to attend CVTC through
individual choice and/or consultation with her/his
support group or interdisciplinary team, the referring
agency will contact CVTC to schedule an intake meeting.
-
CVTC
will conduct an intake meeting at which time necessary
referral source documentation will be reviewed for
completeness and CVTC intake forms will be completed.

A
start date will be determined.
The individual will start down a road towards success. |
Erin
Goudreau
Program Director
Erin received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Western Michigan
University in Behavior Analysis in 2000. She then went on to receive
her Master’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology in 2010 from the
University of the Pacific. During this time she worked in several
internship settings, including the UOP psychology clinic as a
therapist, and at Stockton Unified School System as a Behavioral
Specialist. Erin worked on several research projects that identified
effective behavioral/psychological treatments for individuals with
special needs. She brought her knowledge to CVTC as the program
director for the Stockton Day Program in December of 2009. Prior to
coming to CVTC, Erin worked at the regional center for 3 ½ years as
a case manager for adults with Developmental Disabilities.
Erin enjoys reading, camping, spending time with her family, and
going to jam band concerts and festivals!
